Eligibility

• You are an active Viago Ambassador.

• You have attended a national Viago event.

• You speak fluent English.

• You can attend Thursday training on time at 1:00 PM. Non-attendance or lateness denies your application.

• You must have a valid event ticket to serve. Tickets may be purchased here: Viago Events

• You agree to following the posted Viago Service Agents Program Rules

Standards

• Be on time. Communicate early if conflicts arise.

• Be respectful, sober, and mission-focused while on duty.

• Protect confidential info and brand reputation.

• Follow safety directions and event leads.

• Dress presentably; wear provided Viago Service Agent shirt.

• Use approved channels for questions and issues.
